Yes. You can capture and upload photos directly from your smartphone or tablet using the Kanna app. Simply tap the Add Photo button and the image is uploaded to the relevant project instantly, provided you have an internet connection.
Is there a time limit on how long uploaded photos and documents are stored?
There is no storage period or expiry date for files uploaded to Kanna. Your photos and documents remain accessible for as long as you are using the platform, with no need to back them up elsewhere or rush to save anything before it disappears.
Can I upload photos to the cloud while I am still on site?
Yes. As long as you have an internet connection, photos and documents can be uploaded to the cloud on the spot from your smartphone or tablet. For sites with limited or no signal, Kanna also supports offline use, with data syncing automatically once a connection is restored.
