Lifestyle Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading technology company in the field of IoT for real estate developers. We cover a wide range of solutions, from software to hardware development.
Our services offer comprehensive management systems for smart buildings, access control for visitors and vehicles, project and asset management software, smart homes, and smart devices. We also provide intelligent security systems, customized application development, hotel management systems, and guest room management systems. “ARTANI” is the registered trademark under Lifestyle Technologies Co., Ltd for marketing purposes, both within Thailand and abroad.
We have implemented our systems in over 300 projects in Thailand and earned the trust of more than 40 real estate development groups. We are the first Thai company to expand into the smart home and smart building business overseas, with offices in Bangkok and Singapore. Currently, we are expanding further into international markets, with plans to establish offices in Malaysia and Indonesia in 2023.
- How Did You Manage Projects Before Using KANNA ?
We used LINE for both internal and external communication within the organization. Sending daily work-related information via LINE made it difficult to relay important details and took a long time to search.
- What Made You Decide to Choose KANNA ?
KANNA met our operational needs. Using KANNA as our main program for task assignment has made it easier and more convenient for employees. Since using KANNA, we haven't encountered any issues with its usage.
- How Do You Use KANNA for Your Projects ?
Initially, we create a project and enter the details, including the date and time, in Project Info. We also input owner information and customer contact details. Then, we add team members to allow them to access daily work details. If there's equipment installation involved, employees can create reports to document the installation progress, including details on the equipment, brand, model, and outstanding tasks. They also attach photos to the reports to inform relevant personnel and provide a comprehensive work overview.
- Did You Consider Using Other Tools or Systems ?
Before implementing KANNA, we used Excel for managing work details, and Google Calendar for project management.
- What Changes Have You Seen Since You Started Using KANNA? How Has KANNA Made Your Work Easier?
The most noticeable change has been in our day-to-day operations. We used to rely on paper documents, which led to issues like losing work orders or forgetting the details of daily tasks.
We often had to call supervisors or colleagues who had the necessary documents. Sharing information through LINE, which included images that had expiration dates, resulted in a flood of data. It was time-consuming to find critical information. After implementing KANNA, employees responsible for task assignments input comprehensive work details, including task lists, dates and times for task execution, and contact information for owners. They can even attach site maps.
This has improved work efficiency, reduced communication time, minimized errors, and enhanced data integration among team members. Moreover, it's convenient to use since it only requires opening the app on a mobile device.
- Do You Use KANNA in Other Formats Apart from What Was Mentioned Earlier?
We plan to implement KANNA in the sales department, particularly for new projects that involve external parties.
For instance, we will invite owners to monitor project status in real time, enhancing the credibility of data security. We aim to promptly share data, reinforcing our customers' confidence in Life Style Technology's ability to safeguard their data and efficiently manage the processes.
- What Are Your Expectations for KANNA in the Future?
